We cannot promise exact delivery times and we can't control delays caused by the postal service or the weather. If 21 days have passed, not including the processing time, please reach out to us and we will assist you as soon as possible.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Orders are shipped directly from our warehouses and our staff will do whatever they can to ship the order out as fast as possible. Due to our popularity and traffic, please allow an estimated of 7-21 days for your order to arrive (varies from product to product). Please take note that due to many variables, these are only estimates and shipping can take shorter or longer than the given times.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER GETS LOST OR STUCK?
Every single one of our orders are sent out with insured and premium shipping and handling. If an order gets stuck at customs, sent back, or even lost in the delivery process, we apologize. The postal service that we use, which is USPS when delivering to the United States, is out of our control. However, because packages are covered by our company's insurance, we will send you a brand new package with quicker shipping and full premium tracking, if possible.
